Now watching The Outcasts on Netflix
I cannot believe it has been a little over a month since I have written my last blog post. I feel like I lost a part of me. But guess who's back, back again? My life has completely changed within the last month. I have really exciting news that my best friend aka my fiancé aka my future husband accepted a job opportunity in Chicago and has been living it up in Chi town. Which means I am moving there too!
The Kicker is now I have to find a new job/career. I have been thinking long and hard about what I want to do for a new career and honestly, I’m like a kid in the candy store distracted by all the yummy options. One thing for sure is imp keeping my blog, I have been thinking of getting a more creative job. I’m not sure what but despite me taking a mini hiatus from the blog, I have realized I really do enjoy blogging and the great online community that comes along with blogging. For me the possibilities are endless I just have to explain to companies how I can be the right fit for them. Or become an entrepreneur, which would be cool.
I have also thought about going back to school to get my masters in business and marketing. But I feel like I do not need to put myself through school again right now. I am already still in loads of debt. Is it worth going back to school and getting masters? I might need to do a pro/con list for this. Who thinks I should look into Grad School?
Anyway, again I am so excited to move to Chicago with my fiancé and dog. I can’t wait to meet new people and get into the Chicago blogging scene. The neighborhood we live in is so cool. Almost everything is walking distance away and we are close the train aka the “L” aka the Blue line. Can anyone guess what neighborhood we moved to?
It’s been real Indy, I'll miss the friends I have made and all the memories.
If anyone has any advice about moving to Chicago leave me a comment.
